the finishing of the first
floor rooms across the back.
This is a more traditional
plan, with all rooms
separated by full walls.
Sliders to the 14x16 deck
are in the fireplaced family

pantry and island is in the
center, and the very formal
dining room with chair rail
is at the other end. An
attractive option is a wide
pass-through opening from
the kitchen to the family
room, adding light from the
sliders into the kitchen.
